Born on February 25, 1976, in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Dwight Officer has always been driven by a passion for creativity and connection. A proud graduate of Spanish Town Comprehensive High School, his journey began in the culinary world, where his love for cooking developed into an exceptional career. 

 

Starting as a chef at Port Royal, Dwight quickly refined his skills, catching the attention of industry leaders and securing a position at the prestigious Hilton Kingston Hotel. His culinary expertise allowed him to cook for internationally renowned figures, including 50 Cent, DMX, Eve, Usher, and even the Prime Minister of Jamaica.

 

With a talent for bringing people together through food, he became a respected name in the culinary arts. Seeking new opportunities, Dwight moved to the United States, where he expanded his creative pursuits by delving into his passion for music while remaining deeply connected to the culinary world.
